Malte Aschermann holds a Diploma degree in Business Information Technology from Clausthal University of Technology. In his Diploma thesis, finished in 2012, he investigated the efficient localization of product models in decentralized environments by using content-based distribution strategies.
Following his graduation, he joined the research group "Mobile and Enterprise Computing" of Prof. Dr. Jörg P. Müller in October 2012 and is now working in the field of multi-agent traffic simulation.
From 2014 until 2017 he was a member of the first SocialCars cohort.
Since 2016 he is, together with Sophie Dennisen and Philipp Kraus, an active member of the research project LightJason.
